  2. Hi guitarjay, welcome to my page! I hope you'd be the greatest musician even with any chances of failure, haha! If you ask me, I would want to win the Nobel Prize and be famous as hell. :D

  3. Haha, thanks. I have a lot of failures and shortcomings as a musician. hmmm... what and why would you want to win the nobel prize?

  4. I don't think so, you always have this passion in music. I think it would be enough. :) Nobel prize is the most prestigious award, mostly for writers. I wish I could write (and finish) a book someday. Maybe, i'll be more famous than J.K. Rowling! Haha! And hey, I would be the first Filipino to win that award. In my dreams! :D

  5. why stop dreaming? I believe you have the talent in wrtiting, you're an awesome thinker. dreams, it's in our minds and our reality is depicted by our minds. Keep dreaming, but not in your sleep. ;)

  6. will the absence of failures lead a person to be satisfied in his toil? if everything was so easy to accomplish, what would differentiate the acts of mediocrity and genius?

  7. This question makes us realize what really are the things we're afraid to do. If we say, "If I could do anything in the world without any chances of failure, then I would play football and be a star." Does that mean, if we have any chances of failure, we would never play football? Do you get my point here? I'm sad that writing is the first thing I could ever think of. Maybe, I'm always this perfectionist type. Maybe, I'm afraid of rejection. But hey, everybody's afraid to be rejected! I hope you don't give up with music jay. And me too, with my writing. :)

  9. Yeah, I know what you mean, the same goes with music. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to music, I'm even a critic at it sometimes. fear, rejection and all the things related to them. Do we lose something when we are rejected? what is the psychology behind the failures of man? by the way, do you have high expectations about yourself and to others as well?

  10. Of course, we lose something, our motivation we built for ourselves to rise higher, get close to our dreams. We lose that whenever we get rejected, and yes our self-esteem at times which is tougher. I have a high expectations about myself, definitely. How about you?

  11. good point! yep, I have way too much high expectations about my self. When I am not "satisfied" with the results of my doing, I get a bit "disappointed" about myself. Was there ever a time you got so disappointed in doing something that you lost your joy about it?
